Kathmandu. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 14.74 percent dividend to the shareholders of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.53 billion. This includes 14 percent bonus shares and 0.74 percent cash dividend.
The dividend will be approved by the Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
