Interaction between Global IME Bank and NAS-IT

Global IME Bank has organized an interaction program with the members of Nepal Association of Software and IT Services (NAS-IT) to discuss the expansion of the bank’s credit base, innovative banking services and business growth. During the program, the bank discussed various topics including loan types, process and requirements, the bank’÷s loan plans for the IT sector, banking services, digital banking services, banking data security measures, among others.

Speaking on the occasion, Surendra Raj Regmi, CEO of the Bank, informed that the bank has been conducting such interactive programs to target the various groups related to different professions and businesses to expand the business.

Further, the bank has been conducting financial literacy programs throughout the country to promote financial literacy among the general public.

In view of the mutual relationship between the bank and NAS-IT, we plan to conduct programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and experience of the employees associated with both the organizations. Global IME Bank has become the first Sustainable Partner of NAS-IT to support its newly established Sustainable Fund (SDF).

Global IME Bank is the first commercial bank in the private sector in Nepal with branches in seventy-seven districts of Nepal.
