Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has been slow to deliver justice.
This is according to the data of the Insurance Reflection published by the Authority itself. Current fiscal year 2082. The NRA seems to have settled only three complaints in the month of September 1980. However, 27 complaints were returned by the NRA in July and August.
KATHMANDU: The Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has settled 30 complaints in the first three months of the current fiscal year. Of these, 23 complaints have been decided and seven have been agreed.
According to the NRA, 426 complaints were registered till September of the current fiscal year. This includes 32 in the first three months of the current fiscal year and 2081 in the last fiscal year. There are 394 complaints transferred from 82.
The NRA is yet to clear 396 complaints.
