Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NIA) has issued the current fiscal year 2082. In the first two months of the year, 27 complaints have been settled.
According to the NRA, 426 complaints were registered till mid-September of the current fiscal year. Of them, 23 complaints were settled and four were agreed upon. Now, 399 complaints are yet to be settled.
In the last fiscal year 2081. The remaining 394 complaints of 82 complaints have been transferred this year while 23 complaints have been registered at the central office and nine at the provincial offices till mid-August this year.
The NRA had received 525 complaints in the last fiscal year. Of them, the NRA settled 131 complaints, including 85 complaints of verdict and 46 agreements. The remaining 394 complaints have been transferred in the current fiscal year.
