Kathmandu. Claims of mental health insurance in India have increased by 50 percent.

According to PolicyBazaar, mental health insurance claims in India have increased from 30 per cent to 50 per cent in the last two years. The scope of mental health insurance has also increased by 41 percent this year compared to the previous year. With the increase in awareness about mental health insurance, its scope and claims have increased.

Of late, young people have been experiencing mental problems due to work pressure, insomnia and other reasons in the office. Most of the people in the age group of 25 to 35 years get health insurance.
