Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance Company is going to buy real estate. Issuing a notice, the company has invited a sealed bid for the purchase of real estate.
The company has floated a sealed bid for the purchase of land in Kathmandu and Lalitpur. The land area should be at least 20 annas. In Kathmandu and Lalitpur, houses or land with lazimpat, Uttardhoka, Nagpokhari, Hatisar, Tangal, Dnyaneshwar, Tinkune, Baluwatar, Putalisadak, Bishalnagar, Kamaladi, Kamalpokhari, New Baneshwor, Old Baneshwor, Durbarmarg, Naxal, Thapathali, Gehnapokhari, Pulchowk, Jawalakhel, Kupandol, Sanepa, Kumaripati, Manbhawan, or surrounding areas are required.
The proposed house or land should be connected to the main road of 6 meters. The homeowners desirous of selling their houses or land at the site will have to submit the shilvandi bid to the company within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to various conditions.
The company will have to submit a seal on the basis of the same conditions laid down by different conditions.
