Kathmandu. IGI Prudential Insurance has urged the insured to come to receive the insurance claim payment.
The company has made this request by publishing a notice today. “The surveyor or the company has not yet submitted the necessary documents regarding the insurance claim received by the company after the loss by mid-March 2081,” the notice reads, adding, “Therefore, we urge the insured who have not come in contact with the company or the surveyor concerned within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice to proceed with the claim payment process.” ’
According to the company, the insurance claim files will be closed if they do not come in contact with the necessary documents within the stipulated period.
