The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to the shareholders of the current paid-up capital of Rs 3.02 billion. The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 15,14,66,731.95 to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) and distributed to the shareholders.
