Kathmandu. ICFC Finance Limited is going to hold its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 12, 2018 to approve the dividend. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at Bouddha Heritage, Bouddha Pipalbot, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 15.7895 per cent cash dividend (including tax purpose) on the current paid-up capital.
It will also approve and approve the financial statements including profit or loss, account, cash flow and other financial statements of the last fiscal year. The meeting will also endorse the proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to the Board of Directors and appoint an auditor.
The company is closing its book for one day on December 19 for the AGM and dividend distribution. Therefore, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till December 3 will receive the proposed dividend along with attending the AGM.
