Kathmandu. ICFC Finance Company for the financial year 2081. It has proposed a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has proposed to distribute 15.7895% cash dividend (including tax) to the shareholders from the profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 1.18 billion. Accordingly, the company has set aside Rs 18,68,64,147.23 to distribute cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
