Kathmandu. The date of book closure has been fixed for the purpose of issuing right shares of Chyangdi Hydropower.
The company has decided to close the book on June 15. This means that the shareholders will be able to fill the right shares of this company till May 30.
The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 with a current paid-up capital of Rs 386.97 million. The company will issue a total of 3,869,775 units of right shares to its shareholders at a face value of Rs 100 each.
After the right sale, the paid-up capital of Chyangdi Hydropower will reach Rs 773.95 million. Global IME Capital is the right sales manager of the company.
