A meeting of the board of directors of the company held this morning decided to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profits of the fiscal year. Accordingly, the company has proposed to distribute cash dividend (including taxes) of Rs 731.45 million at 8 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 9.14 billion.
According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed from the upcoming annual general meeting after the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority.
