Kathmandu. Himalayan Investment Banker Limited has been appointed as the registrar of shares of Balefi Hydropower Limited. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Balefi Hydropower Limited, Himalayan Investment Banker Limited, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Registrar of Shares to keep records related to securities transactions of this hydropower, canceling the filing, transferring, withholding and updating the records of the shareholders.
Now all the works under the share registrar of This Balefi Hydropower Limited will be done through Himalayan Investment Banker Limited.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed at a ceremony held at the Registered Office of the Board of Directors of Balefi Hydropower Limited in Kathmandu today.
