Kathmandu. Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HLIC) has changed its share registrar. Himalayan Investment Banker Limited, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu will be responsible for maintaining the records of the company’s securities transactions, transfer, transfer, withholding and updating the details of the shareholders.
NMB Capital Limited was the share registrar before this and as per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company held on July 2, 2018, all the functions of the share registrar of the company will be done by Himalayan Investment Banker Limited.
