Kathmandu. Himalayan Bank Limited has announced that it will not distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was taken at a meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on December 23.
The same meeting of the bank has decided to send the financial statements of the last fiscal year to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
