Kathmandu. Hero MotoCorp has launched the refined version of the 125ccr in the Indian market.

The motorcycle company recently unveiled this new version of the motorcycle, which is currently only showcased to a limited number of groups.

Crest

The Hero Xtreme 125R is one of the best-selling Xtreme models produced by Hero Motors. This extreme model motorcycle is available in the range of 125 to 250 cc engine capacity.

The new version also showcased the updated version 160R with cruise control.

The updated version Xtreme 125R comes in an all-new colour. Not only the exterior but also the Xtreme 250R, which was launched earlier this year. We get fresh graphics with a combination of red and black which gives it a fresh aesthetic with a more premium vibe.

Stylish Mirrors:

The new bar-end mirrors will be immediately visible which will provide a sporty aesthetic. Also, it looks like the Hero has refined the taller handlebars, which can provide a more commanding riding posture than ever before. We can see extreme badging on the dual-tone fuel tank and 125 graphics on its muscular tank shrouds.

Other design elements are carried as before. You still get LED DRLs, LED tail lights and spit-seats with LED mode indicators, ISU telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock setup, split grab rails. The wheels look the same, while the tires may be thicker.

Cruise control with new color LCD cluster:

The 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine will also produce 11.4 bhp of peak power and 10.5 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. While they can’t be seen from these spy scenes, other notable upgrades unveiled on the 2025 Hero Xtreme 125 include a new-color LCD cluster and the addition of cruise control.

Hero Extreme 125R Single Seat:

The 2025 Xtreme 125R will get the same color LCD cluster as the Xtreme 250R and the recently launched Glamour X. It will get updated switchgear to operate this new instrument cluster equipped with Bluetooth and navigation. The Glamour X also has a shared cruise control feature that immediate rivals don’t have.

Speaking of rivals, the updated Hero Xtreme 125R seems to have been brought in to challenge the recently launched Honda CB125 Hornet. Which is loaded with USB telescopic front forks, TFT clusters and more features. The 2025 Xtreme 125R will compete with the TVS Raider 125 as well.

Expected market price:

The motorcycle is expected to be available in the Indian market at a price of Rs 3,50,000.
