Kathmandu. Habitat Power is going to hold a special general meeting today. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on June 19 decided to hold a special general meeting at the company’s registered office at 9 pm.
The assembly will pass a special resolution to increase the issued capital, amend clauses 6 (b) and (c) of the management letter, issue right shares and issue IPOs to the general public and locals.
