“Some markets are managed through process. Arrangements have been made for loan investment for reconstruction,” Minister Khanal said, adding, “The deadline of the existing loan has been extended for repayment.” Some insurers are covered from there. We have been saying that the government itself should make some arrangements for the damages that the insurance, banks and financial systems have not borne and the market process cannot cover. ”

The government is currently collecting official data of the damage. Minister Khanal said that the government would provide necessary support to the entrepreneurs after receiving the details of the damages.

He said that the official data has not yet been received and the task force is collecting details of the damage.

Minister Khanal said that the government would help the businesses to rehabilitate the lost property on the basis of the reports that they are collecting data on the damaged and damaged properties. Stating that the government is closely watching the damage caused by the agitation, he said, “We will do whether the government is in the form of grant or soft loan to rebuild the assets lost by the businesses.” The present government will do that within its tenure. ”

He said that this government will pave the way for policy stability. Khanal also said that there is no possibility of continuing the law in the present context. Minister Khanal said that it is not easy to issue ordinances to make other laws as this government is organizing elections. “It is not politically easy for this government to bring an ordinance to make laws on issues other than those related to elections,” Khanal said. We can prepare the ground work of necessary laws, draft them and hand them over to another government. ”

After the Genji Movement, Nafiz brought together speakers from all walks of life in one place and organized a discourse program titled ‘The Way Ahead for Economic Revival’. Handing over the report of the program to Finance Minister Khanal on Saturday, NAFIZ President Menuka Karki said that the intrusion during the Genji movement has further damaged the economy at a time when the economy was gradually improving due to earthquake, blockade and Covid.

According to Karki, 15 entrepreneurs from different sectors participated in the discussion organized by NAFIZ but the voices of entrepreneurs from Pokhara, Birgunj and Biratnagar who could not be physically present in the program have also been included in the report. Karki expressed the hope that the report prepared by NAFIZ would help the government in policy formulation in the coming days. In addition, Nafiz believes that the report will be useful for researchers who want to understand and know about the damage caused by the Genji movement.
