Global IME Capital appointed as sales manager of Aero Pharmaceuticals

Kathmandu. Aero Pharmaceuticals is going to issue an IPO. For this, Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue and sales manager. In this regard, an agreement has been signed between the company and Capital regarding the issue of shares.

Mr. Uddhav Prasad Mainali, Chairman, Board of Directors of Aero Pharmaceuticals and Mr. Mandeep Luitel, CHIEF Executive Officer of Global IME Capital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

The company is issuing 1.5 million units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public.

The authorized capital is Rs. 1 billion and the issued capital is Rs. 750 million. There is a factory in Basundhara and a pharmaceutical factory in Sudal of Bhaktapur. The company has investments from eminent businessmen, industrialists and eminent personalities with experience in various fields. Promoted by eminent personalities from different fields, this pharmaceutical company was established as Private Limited in the fiscal year 2071/72 and turned into a public limited company in the financial year 2080/81.

For the last five years, various types of tablets, capsules, ointments, external liquid, dry suspension and powder medicines have been manufactured and sold. The company produces quality medicines, including antibiotics, especially used in high blood pressure/diabetes. The company has also started production of veterinary medicines used in animals from this financial year as part of its market expansion.

The medicines produced by the company have been able to capture a significant share in the Market of Nepal and have obtained WHO GMP certification as per the World Health Organization’s standards with the aim of exporting them to other countries in the near future. Established as one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies, the company aims to increase the capacity of the industry after the public issue of shares and produce more medicines as per the market demand.
