Kathmandu. About 350,000 shares of Garima Bikas Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 349,980.95 units of the bank’s founder group’s promoter shares have been put up for sale. Out of the total units put up for sale, individuals and organizations other than the founder shareholders can apply for purchase of 251,952.11 units of shares. Earlier, this share was opened for sale for the founder shareholders, but after no purchase applications were received, the sale has been opened for other individuals and organizations.
Interested individuals and organizations must apply for the purchase of this share within 15 days. The application must be submitted to the bank’s central office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
Similarly, the existing shareholders of the bank can submit an application to purchase the remaining 98,284 shares. The founding shareholders can submit an application to the bank’s central office within 35 days to purchase these shares.
