From today, Nepal SBI Bank has rs. Bonds worth Rs 3 billion sold

Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank is going to issue debentures worth Rs 3 billion from Today. The bank is going to issue ‘Nepal SBI Bank Bond-2090’. The bank will sell a total of 3 million units of this bond at a face value of Rs 1,000.

Out of the total units, the bank will sell 1.8 million units individually. The remaining 1.2 million units will be opened for sale to the general public.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 1.2 million units. Applications can be made from the banks and financial institutions participating in the ASWA service licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal and their designated branch offices as well as from my share of CDSC.

The issue of this bond will be closed at the earliest on July 15. If there are not enough applications within this time, the expulsion period may be extended till July 15.

The investors will get 7 percent interest per annum on this bond of Nepal SBI Bank. It is a 10-year bond.
