Four companies, including two hotels, seek permission from securities board to bring IPO

Kathmandu. Four companies, including two hotels, have started the process of bringing ipOs. Hotel Group’s Varnawas Museum Hotel and Mountain Glory, other group’s Prabhu Helicopter and Hydropower Group’s Myagdi Hydropower have filed applications from the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to issue the IPO.

The Varnawas Museum Hotel has sought permission from the Securities Board of India to bring an IPO worth Rs 396 million. With the approval of the Securities Board, the hotel will bring a total of 3.96 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100. Himalayan Capital is the ipo sales manager of the hotel.

Similarly, Mountain Glory will bring an IPO worth Rs 400 million after the approval of the Securities Board. The hotel will open a total of 4 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 each. Laxmi Sunrise Capital is the ipo sales manager of the hotel.

Prabhu Helicopters will bring an IPO worth Rs 612.5 million if the securities board gives permission. Accordingly, the company will open a total of 6.125 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100. Muktinath Capital is the IPO sales manager of Prabhu Helicopters.

Similarly, Myagdi Hydropower has sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to bring an IPO worth Rs 474.5 million. The company will open a total of 4.745 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 if the securities board gives its approval. NMB Capital is the ipo sales manager of the company.
