Kathmandu. Kalika Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited is selling 39,420 units of founder shares in the name of founder shareholder Nilkantha Upreti. Upreti, the founder shareholder of the company, applied for the sale of the shares.
As per the directives of The Nepal Rastra Bank( NRB), only the existing founding shareholders of the company can buy the shares. The existing founding shareholders interested in buying the shares will have to apply to the company’s central office at Pokhara-10, Kaski within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
If the company does not receive an application from the founding shareholders within the stipulated time period, it will sell the shares to the general public.
