Here are the conditions
1. Dissolution of Parliament (House of Representatives, National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies)

- The system of direct election of the local government i.e. the local chief, and the selection of the remaining ward chairpersons and members from the closed list submitted by the respective wards on the basis of the votes received in the respective wards, there shall be a provision of full proportional representation
- Special legal provision to structure a stable government so that the federal and provincial governments can run for a full term
- Constitutional provision to clarify the election and appointment system so that one person cannot hold any post for more than two terms
