Existing shareholders will receive dividends from Neshdo Samriddhi Laghubitta

Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Neshdo Samriddhi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.

The organization has decided to close the books tomorrow on Falgun 28 for the purpose of dividend and annual general meeting. This means that only the shareholders who have held the shares till today Falgun 27 will be eligible to receive the dividend of this organization and participate in the meeting.

The organization has decided to organize its sixth annual general meeting on Chaitra 10. The meeting will begin at 11:30 am at the Royal Kushma Resort in Kushma, Parbat.

The meeting will approve a total dividend of 15 percent of the current paid-up capital proposed for the last fiscal year 2080.81. This includes 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The meeting will pass a special resolution to increase the issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 291,337,500 after the distribution of bonus shares. If the assembly deems it appropriate to merge with one or more other microfinance institutions, it will approve a proposal to authorize the board of directors to proceed with the entire process.

The assembly will approve the annual and auditor’s reports for the previous fiscal year and will pass a proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his remuneration for the current fiscal year.
