Kathmandu. Iso certified company Everest Color is going to issue and sell the IPO to the general public. The company has signed a guarantee agreement with Laxmi Sunrise Capital for this purpose. The company will issue 790,000 units of IPO in the near future.
The agreement was signed by Saroj Luitel, Managing Director of the company and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital on behalf of the guarantor.
Everest Color is a company registered in the list of the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction and is oriented towards nepal standard mark.
Established with the investment of domestic youth, the company aims to replace imports by using quality collars in physical infrastructure, create jobs and serve the country by contributing to internal revenue.
