Kathmandu. Terhathum Power Company Limited is going to hold its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 30. The meeting will be held at Anupam Foodland and Bankate, Batisputali, Kathmandu at 12:30 pm.
The AGM will endorse the Board of Directors report for the fiscal year 2081/82, the audit report along with the financial statements including balance sheet, profit or loss account, and cash flow statement.
According to Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063, the meeting will appoint an external auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determine his/her remuneration, while submitting the aforementioned proposals for approval and record, making amendments, changes in any matter and making any kind of directives or changes received from the regulatory body or office, if any, to amend or make changes.
