Kathmandu. Omstone Hotels Limited (Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort) is going to issue an IPO. Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the ipo sales manager.
Ramesh Kumar Hamal, Managing Director of Omstone Hotels Limited and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
As per the agreement, Citizen Capital will act as the sales manager for the public issue of primary shares of Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort (Omstone Hotels Limited). Bishnu Mor, a leading foreign investor, was present on behalf of the founder.
Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, located in Patlekhet, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, is a flagship luxury resort of Legendary Thai Hotel Brand Dusit International. Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, located at the top of the mountain with panoramic views of the Himalayas and valleys, is built on international brand structure and technology standards. The Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort has been established as a milestone in the development journey of Nepal’s tourism sector as a “unique high-value integrated resort”. The resort aims to act as a catalyst for achieving the nation’s “high-value tourism” goal.
