Kathmandu. Now, customers can deposit up to 40 pk daily from their wallets during Dashain, Tihar and Chhath.
Issuing a notice today, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has temporarily increased the limit for depositing money in the wallets operated by the Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to 40 times a day.
The NRB has directed the NRB to deposit a maximum of 40 times a day in the wallet of natural people from October 23 to October 21 on the occasion of Dashain and from October 17 to October 23 on the occasion of Tihar and Chhath.
The payment service providers have also been instructed to report the number of transactions made during the period and the total amount of transactions to the Payment Systems Department of the Rastra Bank.
