Kathmandu. The long-standing friendship between US President Donald Trump and the world’s richest man Elon Musk has now turned into an open enemy. After Trump threatened to terminate government contracts and subsidies for Musk’s companies, Musk has started a new discussion by supporting the post about impeachment or removing Trump from office.
Musk’s companies like Tesla and SpaceX could suffer a major setback after Trump’s threat. “The easiest way to save billions of dollars from our budget is to end Elon Musk’s government grants and contracts,” Trump wrote on Truth social media. I’ve always wondered why Biden didn’t do this before.”
Musk has made a big announcement after President Trump threatened to cancel the government contract. “SpaceX will now begin deactivating its ‘Dragon’ spacecraft. ’
However, Musk wrote in one word of Trump’s statement that he had taken “revenge” and “whatever happens” i.e. “as Trump wants”.
Shares of Musk’s Company Tesla fell sharply on Wall Street after Trump’s threat. Tesla’s stock fell 14.35 percent and the company lost about $150 billion in market value. This is the biggest single-day drop in Tesla’s history. Minutes after the stock market closed, Musk wrote “yes” in response to a post on X calling for impeachment against Trump.
The Dragon is SpaceX’s main crew and cargo vehicle. Which is used for NASA to send missions to the International Space Station (ISS). It is the only private system to transport people from the US to the ISS.
In another post, President Trump wrote, “Alan Masya was angry, so I told him to leave. I withdrew his EV mandate. Under this, everyone was forced to buy electric cars. Which no one else wanted to buy. However, Elon Musk knew long ago that I was going to do it and he was angry. ’
The war of words between Trump and Musk did not stop here. Musk also made a personal attack and claimed, “Without me, Trump could have lost the election.” I spent at least $250 million on Trump’s return, and now look at how selfish Trump was. ’
