The central bank has issued a notice for financial awareness today. In order to ensure security and convenience by providing the financial customers the facility of managing the digital payment service independently, the various electronic payment related services they are using can be disabled through the official mobile app or web portal in case they are unusable due to various reasons and if such service has to be reused, it can be activated again through the same mobile app or web portal. is.
According to the NRB, the banks and financial institutions concerned have to make necessary arrangements on their app or web portal for the above mentioned services.
