Kathmandu. Daraz has announced the official launch of daraz future leaders program (DFLP) 2025. This group-wide management trainee program is conducted simultaneously in Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Its main objective is to further enrich the e-commerce sector by identifying local talent with future leadership capabilities.
The programme, which runs as a 15-month mobile programme, will begin in July 2025. Under the program, participants will get the opportunity to undergo mobile training in a structured manner in the company’s core departments. Under the guidance of senior leadership, they will have the opportunity to work with local and international strategic teams.
DFLP 2025 has recently been opened to young people who have graduated within 1 year, excelled, enthusiastic and motivated in academic excellence and analytical ability. According to the company, the appropriate candidates need to see teamwork, leadership potential, effective communication skills and adaptability.

Daraz will select qualified youths from universities across the country through various rounds of selection process. The objective of the program is to provide them with the necessary skills, guidance and practical experience in a rapidly moving technology-dependent environment.
Participants who successfully complete the program will be provided with long-term career development opportunities in leadership roles within Daraz. In addition, the best performing candidates will also be honored with proper remuneration and awards.
