Kathmandu. CYC Nepal IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 13.43 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 26,64,24,388. Out of this, 13.76 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 3,39,93,975 and Rs 1,789,157 cash dividend of 0.67 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
