Kathmandu. Crest Micro Life Insurance has convened its 2nd Annual General Meeting ( AGM).
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Wednesday decided to hold a general meeting on June 15. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at the registered office of the company at Birendranagar-6 in Surkhet.
Last fiscal year 2080. It will pass the annual report of 81. The auditor’s report will also be approved by the Assembly.
Assembly for the current fiscal year 2081. It will approve the proposal regarding the appointment of an external auditor and his remuneration for 82.
The assembly will appoint (elect) two directors representing the general shareholders.
The company has decided to close the book for the purpose of its annual general meeting on May 15. This means that only the shareholders who have been in office till May 15 will be eligible to participate in the company’s general meeting.
