Kathmandu. Taplejung: The Insurance Committee has organized an interaction and discussion programme with the students of Youth Year Secondary School in Taplejung district. Deputy Director of the Committee Punam Gyawali Shrestha coordinated the programme. School principal Chandramani Neupane, ward chair of Ward No. 7 of Phungling Municipality and students of classes 8, 9 and 10 were present on the occasion.
Committee’s Assistant Director Binod Kumar Pokhrel and Assistant First Tekraj Pandey gave basic information about insurance to the students. During the discussion, the students expressed ignorance about non-life insurance. The participating students asked questions on life insurance, non-life insurance, animal insurance etc. Representatives of the insurance committee have deleted the curiosity of the students about insurance.
