As per the arrangement, the hotel has requested the owners and the basic shareholders to pay the amount for the right shares to be taken by them. According to the hotel, the amount has to be deposited by August 15.

You have to contact the company to get the bank account details of the amount deposited for the right share. The hotel has clarified that if the amount with the application for the right shares is not received from the basic shareholders including any operator, then it will be as per the rules.
