Kathmandu. City Hotel has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal for issuance and sale of right shares. The hotel has received approval from the board to sell 13.392 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion, or 80 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1:0.80.
The board has granted permission to the hotel on July 15. Prabhu Capital is the issue manager for the issue and sale of right shares.
