Kathmandu. The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Citizens Capital Limited was held at the company’s registered office, Batuleghar, Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu. The 19th AGM of the company has endorsed a proposal of distributing 16% cash dividend from the profit of FY 2081/82. The AGM approved the annual report of the Board of Directors for the FY 2081/82, the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit or loss, cash flow statement and other financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82. In addition, the committee has fixed the appointment of an auditor and his remuneration for the audit work for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Citizens Capital Limited is a subsidiary company of Citizens Bank, which is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal to directly deal with investors such as management of mutual funds, portfolio management, portfolio management, corporate advisory services, underwriters, share registrars and de-mat accounts ।
The Registrar Office of the organization is located at Batuleghar in Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu. Rajendra Lal Shrestha is the Chairman of Citizens Capital and Sabir Bade Shrestha is the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Capital.
In the current situation where investors from outside Kathmandu are facing problems in investing directly in the capital market, the company has been providing the services of Investment Manager (Portfolio Manager) from all the branches of Citizens Bank across the country and the interested investors are provided services by the expert and experienced management team of the organization.
