Kathmandu. Citizens Bank has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on September 26 has decided to distribute 5% bonus share and 0.263% cash dividend on the current paid up capital of the last FY.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank.
