Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance Company has provided financial assistance of Rs. 500,000 for the construction of Kathmandu Children’s Hospital. Last year also, the company had provided financial assistance to the hospital.
The objective of the construction of Kathmandu Children’s Hospital is to provide affordable, accessible and quality health services to the growing health care needs of millions of children in Nepal, especially children from low-income families.
For the construction of the important project, Citizen Life Insurance Chairman Pradeep Jung Pandey and Chief Executive Officer Poshti Raj Poudel have handed over a check of Rs. 500,000 to Professor Dr. Bhagwan Koirala, Chairman of Kathmandu Institute of Child Health. Citizen Life hopes that this support will help in the construction of Kathmandu Children’s Hospital.
