Kathmandu. Last fiscal year 2081. In the first six months of 1982, the permanent map of the highest number of houses has been passed in Bagmati Province.
According to the semi-annual economic review report published by the Nepal Rastra Bank( NRB), the permanent map pass in Bagmati province has increased by 37.33 percent in the first six months of the last fiscal year i.e. till mid-December.
According to the report, 4.77 percent of the houses in the Far-Western Province have passed the permanent map. During the review period, a total of 14,992 houses across the country had passed permanent maps.

Bagmati Province is the state with the highest number of businesses for non-life insurers in terms of property insurance. The increase in permanent map of house buildings in Bagmati province has had a positive impact on the property insurance of non-life insurers.
According to the Nepal Insurance Authority, during the review period of the last fiscal year, the insurance premium income for the property insurance of the non-life insurer was 2080. There has been an increase of 18 percent compared to the same period of 1981.
According to nea, the insurance premium income from the property insurance of the non-life insurer has increased by 16 percent in the last fiscal year as compared to the previous fiscal year.

In Bagmati Province, the number of permanent map passes of house buildings has increased, while real estate registration has increased the most in Madhes Province. According to the semi-annual economic review report published by the Nepal Rastra Bank( NRB), real estate registration surged by 24.51 per cent in the first six months of the last fiscal year. Karnali state has the lowest real estate registration at 3.65 per cent.
A total of 223,146 land registrations have been registered by land revenue offices of Madhes province during the review period. A total of Rs 40.86 million revenue has been collected in Madhes province from real estate registration.
Bagmati province collected the highest revenue of 57.88 percent and Karnali province collected the lowest 1.35 percent. Bagmati Province has collected Rs 601.8 million as registration fee.
There is a provision that if the land owned by individuals or institutions is transferred to someone else’s ownership, it is mandatory to register with the Land Revenue Office. Similarly, after the construction of the building is completed, the final map should be passed by the local level.
According to the NRB, the number of real estate registrations has decreased by 6.26 percent to 223,146 in the first six months of the last fiscal year. Although the number of registrations has decreased, the revenue collection from real estate registration has increased by 2.93 percent to Rs 10.39 billion. According to the NRB, the number of house map passes decreased by 4.91 percent to 14,992 during the review period.
