Kathmandu. The IPO of Bungal Hydro Limited has been allotted. Himalayan Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, has set aside this morning.
The company had issued 1,701,500 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 1,701,50,000 to the general public from September 1 to 23.
A total of 2,175,888 applicants had applied for 2,37,38,910 units of shares. Out of them, 32,638 applications have been rejected while 2,143,250 applications have been approved.
The IPO has been allotted through a lottery process as the number of applications exceeded the demand. A total of 1,70,150 people have been allotted 10 units of shares of the company.
