Kathmandu. Neighbor Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance company held on December 29 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has declared dividend of 25 percent of its current paid-up capital. Out of this offer, 12.5 percent is bonus share and 12.50 percent is cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
