Kathmandu. The bonus shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited have been deposited in the beneficiary account of the shareholders. Issuing a notice, the company said that the bonus shares approved by the General Assembly held on May 29 have been deposited in the demat account of the respective shareholders.
The eighth annual general meeting held on May 28 had approved a proposal to distribute 5 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital to the shareholders. The bonus shares have been deposited in the demat account.
According to the organization, the company had closed the book for dividend distribution on May 15 and deposited bonus shares in the demat account of the shareholders in NEPSE till May 15.
