Kathmandu. Laxmi Prasad Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Mathrubhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has resigned from his post. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 14 approved Sharma’s resignation. The meeting also approved Sharma’s resignation with effect from November 1

The same meeting of the company has appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of the company Bakhat Bahadur Batala as the acting CEO of the company. Batala has also been given the responsibility of company secretary.
