Kathmandu. Asian Thai Foods Limited and Himalaya Securities Banker Limited have signed an issue and sale management agreement for the issue of shares. This agreement will further help Asian Thai Foods Limited in new business journey and expansion of the company.
Asian Thai Foods has been represented by Shiv Ratan Sharda (Chairman), Mahesh Jaju (Managing Director), Radheshyam Sharda (Executive Director) and Ashish Jaju (Director), while Chief Executive Officer Subhash Bahadur Shrestha and Deputy General Manager Shankar Rajbahak represented Himalaya Securities Banker Limited.
