Kathmandu. Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited has declared a dividend for its hydropower projects. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 18 has announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared 8% bonus share and 0.421% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend shall be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
