Kathmandu. Argya Bhagwati Ventures and Kumari Capital Limited have signed an agreement. Under this, Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed to complete all the works to be done till the listing of the company through Way to Listing under the Institutional Consulting Service of Arga Bhagwati, such as the company’s conversion public issue, in coordination with the regulatory bodies.
Arga Bhagwati Ventures is currently carrying out construction of 10 MW renewable solar power generation in Arghakhanchi district. The company’s chairman highlighted that the aim is to contribute to the country’s economic prosperity and promote a clean environment by completing all the works of the project within a short time and distributing electricity generation through the national transmission line.
Recently, prime commercial bank limited has completed financial closure as financial management.
Kushal Thapa, Chairman, Board of Directors of Arga Bhagwati Ventures and Pushpa Sharma, CHIEF Executive Officer of Kumari Capital Limited signed the agreement.
