Kathmandu. Srinagar Agritech Industries (SRI) has opened its initial public offering (IPO) from October 26.
The company has issued the IPO to the general public in the second phase. The company is issuing 2,510,493 units of shares worth Rs 25,10,49,300 at face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public.
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1000 units. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from all ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and their designated branches.
The IPO will be issued on October 29 at the earliest and the latter will be on November 29. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
