Kathmandu. Shivashree Hydropower Limited has 3 days left to apply for the right shares. The company had started issuing right shares to its shareholders from September 19. Applications for the right issue can now be submitted till October 23.
The company is issuing 100% of its existing paid-up capital i.e. 1 unit of right shares. The company is issuing 1,47,64,000 units right shares worth Rs 1,476,000 at a face value of Rs 1,000.
The company had closed the book on August 1 to issue right shares. This means that shareholders who have remained in power till July 30 will be able to apply for the right shares.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Citizens Capital Limited and Citizens Bank’s branches at Kumaripati, Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Butwal and Hetauda.
Moreover, the interested bidders can bid for the C-ASBA service from the banks and financial institutions licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and from CDSC’s ‘My Share’.
